Title: HELP CHANGING MY GSX PACKAGE

I accidentally bought GSX L2 instead of GSX Pro which is compatible with my MSFS 2020. please i need help changing the bundle or a refund, anyone please advice. its really frustrating

As explained so many times here, in the manual and everywhere else, you should not post questions about orders in the public forum and, instead, you should contact the FSDT support by EMAIL.

And yes, of course you'll get a refund for that reason, no need vent frustration just because you made a common mistake.

thank you for the response, its just that i havent received any communication yet and my spam folder is equally empty, i there another way of reaching out to support?

You haven't said when you checked emails last. I replied to you with instructions yesterday after I wrote this.

You sent 3 emails to support the day before yesterday, within a very short time without even allowing the customary 24 business hours that is usually accepted as a reasonable response time for any support before posting it here.

So, check again your Spam folder, and in any case the instructions said to buy GSX Pro, send back the new Order Number for it, so your refund for the FSX version would be ordered.
