Title: "addon <unknown> causing Coutatl to restart" error

Hello,

Whenever I select my service handler, I get the error "addon <unknown> causing Coutatl to restart".  This started after the most recent GSX update.  I attached the error file.

You must have an incomplete installation, since the error means you are missing the Baggage Tractor, which is surely installed as part of every installation. Run an update CHECK to restore any missing files.
