Title: Duplicate pushback trucks and marshallers when arriving

I recently noticed that there are duplicate pushback trucks and marshallers appearing at my arrival gates. After landing I normally select the arrival gate and there's now always a pushback truck standing right on the taxiway line/stop position at the gate.

Also, even though there's a VDGS present, a marshaller appears as well. See the provided screenshot.

By the way, I'm only flying to addon/payware airports, no default. In the screenshot you can see LGAV Athens by FlyTampa. Aircraft is the Aerosoft A330 CEO.
