Hello All,
Has anyone managed to get CYVR working with MSFS2024. I've had no luck so far.
EDIT: So the installer wont let me install to another folder. I already have it installed in AddonLinker for MSFS 2020. I want to install it to my MSFS2024 Community Folder but the installer wont allow it. I tried liking to it with the updated MSFS2024 AddonLinker exe but this didn't work. I want to still use MS2020 until MS24 becomes stable and all my addons work with it.
I'm running out of ideas now.
Good News. Finally got it working. I'm not sure what I did to be honest. I believe it was a setting in AddonLinker. Looks ok now. So linking to the MSFS2020 install does indeed work, at least so far it looks ok.

Please don't use the Addon Linker with our products, it's completely redundant, because our installer already works with Symbolic Links by default, so the Addon Linker is not required and might in fact be confusing.
In your case, you set the whole Addon Manager ( which contains ALL FSDT products ) inside a folder dedicated for airports in Canada. While it might not be so confusing if you only have CYVR but, for example, if you add something else like KORD, let alone GSX, they'll all stay inside that Canadian airports folder!
Best to use a dedicated folder for the Addon Manager, it can be anywhere, but all FSDT products must stay together.
