Title: Does Gsx pro crew system support Marketplace planes?

I know that due to encryption policy, seated passengers feature is not supported, but is that also the case for crew system?

I have been seeing default uniforms all the time, but sometimes i do get accent variation from ground operators, sometimes from flight crew but very few.

I got my both PMDG planes on marketplace, and i learned that one could use Simbrief to implement desired crew uniform, but unfortunately it does not work for me.

Is there a way around ?

You cannot see seated passengers or crew on Marketplace airplanes, but you'll hear accent variations, since we don't need to patch the airplane to do that.
