As title says, now with PMDG 777 and FBW A380 I am back into heavy aircraft flying in MSFS, but what slightly buggers me is that GSX always selects belt loaders for those planes. For the PMDG 777 I use the GSX default profile (nothing changed), for FBW the one from flightsim.to, maybe this is not properly set up. But I realized that also the Fenix A321, the Asobo 787 and several other planes I tested show... belt loader. Is there something wrong with my settings?

Somebody noticed the following in this thread, so have a look and see if this might be what you're experiencing:

As for the A321, see this thread regarding that one, as there was a discussion about it:

The only one that comes with a profile for Belt loaders by default, is the Fenix. All the others show up ULD loaders just fine, including the A380.

Well, obviously not. But according to the link above, I need to go to the airport config file to see if it has by chance only belt loaders configured for this parking space. Interestingly, it is WSSS again where I did my tests.
EDIT: as in the other thread, somehow also the gate I used (A2 and A7) had only belt loaders configured in the GSX airport profile. I wonder why the dev of the profile did this...

Well I guess there was an assumption that the GSX manual was right, meaning that the plane configuration will prevail over the airport configuration as long as the Auto tick box in the plane configuration is NOT ticked. But according to Umberto at Virtuali, the GSX manual may be wrong on this point.
Umberto, any idea if/when you'll issue a corrected manual for GSX ?
Thanks

BTW: thanks to the possibility to batch-change all gates at once in the GSX airport config window, the issue on WSSS (and other airports) is solved pretty darn fast ;-)
