Hello everyone,
Just to report: I opened MSFS now and when I went to start the flight, GSX warned me about an update (I was using 3.2.0 without any problems).
I quit MSFS and updated to version 3.2.1 and every time I request a refueling a pop-up appears saying that this action caused the Coualt to restart and it stays with this error forever. The aircraft is a PMDG 737 as usual on my flights.
Is anyone having the same problem?
Cheers!

The message is asking if you want to open the error log, which is what you are supposed to do when reporting an error.

Hello Umberto,
Sorry, the file is attached. I appreciate any help.

Hello I need help here,
I have updated to 3.2.1 and after that i got problems with the PMDG777 and the TFDI MD11.
PMDG 737 and Fenix A320 runs fine.
When i dry to Prepare the Aircrafts for Push Couatl crashed, sometimes without asking for a Log.
2 Err Log Attached.

Same happens to me....
-
Same problem, GSX crashes as soon as I request pushback
-
Run the update again, it should be fixed.
-
Sorry to must say this, but it not does fix this problem.

You are now have another new error. Run the update again now, because this should be fixed too.
-
Nope the Software not run, i have run the update 10 times now.
It crashed now every time without doing a logfile. PMDG777 and TFDIMD11
-
Unfortunately, it seems it is not fixed. It crashes each time. No log is generated. At least, no windows pops up saying otherwise.
-
same here...still facing the problem with PMDG 777 when requesting pushback. Then it restarts by itself and no error log file is produced.
But the problem was solved for PMDG 737 from the first time update fix.

Same boat I update at least 3 times, and done a clean reinstall of the software. The tug disappear when I request the push back the repurt bug appears sonetimes only. I had to cancel my flight because there is no way to push the PMDG 777 as I had not other software for push. I had similar issues with the Fenix but after few trial I managed to push.

It crashes each time. No log is generated.
Because THIS is another, completely different crash, which is not related in any way to the fixes posted here. I CAN replicate one case, which is selecting "Operate Stairs/Jetways" and then Refueling, so this will be of course investigated, because it's very strange.
I can't replicate any problems with Pushback so, please, make a report of the precise, exact, sequence of operations you did in GSX, the airplane used, and the type of gate (Apron, Gate or Walk-in)
-
Exact sequence. Start MSFS. Press Fly. Select Pushback. Crash. I got a log file one time, it had one line in it, which was my position at the gate in Houston.
3.2.0 was fine. 3.2.1 is not.
I wait for the usual condescending attitude from you about how the user is doing something wrong or not naming a file or not doing whatever else to your liking.
Keep in mind we PAID for this.

Reboot your PC machine then go for testing.
