Title: Never see Pilots / Crew boarding or deboarding

Hi, even though I've just checked my settings and found I do NOT have 'Ignore crew in boarding/deboarding' ticked, I never see the pilots or crew boarding or deboarding (passengers are no problem ... I see them, but never any crew). Is there something else I need to activate? I am running the Fenix A320. Thanks.

Can you please advise why this might be happening and what I should do to ensure I see crew boarding etc.?
