Title: Changes in custom rules_handling.cfg don't work

Hello.

I've created a custom rules_handling.cfg in the path indicated in the manual but there are no changes in the sim. I've tried restarting Couatl, the flight and the sim, but there are no changes, the rules I added don't make any effect.

Try removing this folder to force a model cache rebuild:

C:\ProgramData\Virtuali

Then restart GSX
