Title: Boeing 737-800 Frieghter - Always low number of baggage/cargo carts

As the title says. On latest version of GSX, when flying my PMDG 737-800 BCF, when requesting boarding/cargo loading - the baggage and cargo trucks only ever show up with 1 pallette/trailer each. Doesn't matter if I'm at 10% payload capacity or 100.
Is GSX correctly processing payload and translating that to baggage and cargo amounts when 0 passengers are involved? I've noticed this for at least the past two versions
