I have had this issue from day one. Most of the time GSX works OK, but for some reason, what always happens, is that when I start boarding passengers, the sound of them arriving plays some time, probably 30-60 seconds before they actually appear! If this could be sorted I would be grateful.

Wow, you took the most wrong reply one could ever do, to prove what kind of point, exactly ?
We'll look into that (s if the continuous stream of free updates and the obvious improvements weren't proof enough of what "support" really means ), in fact we are aware of it, but I won't call it exactly a "bug", since it clearly doesn't affect operations in any way, and that's precisely the reason why it hasn't been "fixed" so far, but it will surely be looked at, whenever we found time to breath because of the continues stream of updates that has been going with an average of 10-12 days between each update for the past 18 months. That's a fact.
