Title: Airport gsx profiles

I have just had to completely reload my software eg fs2020 and gsx everything because I lost my hardwire
If I download an Airport profile in the correct folder and open gsx Airport profiles throu the gsx menue I cannot see my new profile
Within where you put the profiles within the gsx folders I cannot use any of my gsx profiles

I put the configuration file into %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX\MSFS, but when I entered the airport, it prompted that this airport did not have ground services. Why is that? Do all airports require configuration files?

Can GSX PRO be used at any airport?

Please clarify the precise message you are getting from GSX, and the airport.
