Title: Inbuilds A320 Refuelling?

Hi. I'm having trouble refuelling on the above A/C. I've ticked the box for 'Always Refuel Progressively' and set an initial fuel quantity of Zero in the EFB. When the fuel truck has arrived and I'm informed to I then set the fuel in the EFB to the correct level and then 'load instantly'. Whatever I try the loading stops at 1,475 and the finishes.
What am I doing wrong, please?

Problem solved - finger trouble?! I went into the GSX A/C menu and clicked on SAVE. Maybe at some point I'd altered something and not saved it?
