Title: Urgent help i ran FSDT installer while in game

I have made a huge mistake and need help. I ran the installer for GSX pro to update the sounds during preflight and on the ground. I decided then to restart MSFS but it shows the initial screen but gets stuck on a black screen with the white loading bar on the bottom right.

I would try to uninstall and reinstall to see what happens
