Title: Is there a way to force default servicers for AI aircraft?

I have noticed that FLSTL AI aircraft no matter what airline is being serviced at airports like LAX, SFO and Denver are being serviced by Southwest.  Is there a way to force them to use LSG SkyChefs, Gate Gourmet or something more generic.    I hate seeing United or Delta or American being serviced by Southwest. Why was Southwest chosen as a default? it's way too specific.
