Since updating to the latest version V3.0.5, GSX fails to load in the game and always shows a loading circle.

I also have the same problem :(

Same Issue here. Initial services (trucks, gantry, etc) seem to load but GSX option screen disappears after a few seconds. Restart of COUATL does not resolve issue.

Same issue after updating,GSX option screen appears then disappears, tryed restarting Couatl, nothing helps.

There seems to be something broken with the 3.0.5 update process.

Facing the same problem.

Same Issue here. Initial services (trucks, gantry, etc) seem to load but GSX option screen disappears after a few seconds. Restart of COUATL does not resolve issue.
A little further info. On initial spawn at Airport (in this case, EGLL), the GSX menu opened as per the attached image. If I click on the options, they seem to function, ie, the first option did indeed initiate deboarding.
When I restarted COUATL, I was no longer able to get the menu screen to stay for more than a couple of seconds. It closes.
I uninstalled and re-installed GSX with the same result.
Hope this helps

Also receiving same problem restarted Couatl click GSX icon menu appears and disappears.

Same here. 3.0.5 not working, GSX menu disappearing after 1-2 sec. Tried re-installing but this not working for me.

Add me to the list, same as all above.

I have the same problem with 3.0.5
Pressing the GSX button in the toolbar opens up GSX for a second, with a spinner, and it closes again.
The icon in the toolbar does not stay highlighted.
-
Best way I have found is to use push back facility in Fenix EFB or any similar service in other aircraft until this is resolved. It is unusable until a fix is circulated.

I did have this issue but I closed MSFS opened up the FSTD installer and pressed "Check" which then appears to have re-installed GSX since then it's all worked fine.
I know there have been cloudflare issues and so installs may have had some corrupt instalation files. for the 5 minutes it takes to wait for the "check" to complete it's worth trying it.

Just tried that and still no joy
-
Brian,
Good advice. Tried it. Initially I got the display with numbers, but then it will not work, opens and immediately closes despite restarts.

If you suspect networks problems (Yes, Cloudlare itself was affected, not just Microsoft), you should try the OFFLINE INSTALLER. Even if the readme on the forum might not be the very latest version, the actual .EXE is always updated to the latest update:

Downloading offline installer solves the problem. I can see the GSX menu and it works as it was before.
Thanks

Ive not flown the 737 for awhile so not used GSX. Did have the latest update but getting the same as others. GSX menu flashes for a split second then vanishes. I tried opening it repeatidly then the sim crashed. I will try a couple of tips in this thread and if failing that run the offline installer

This happens if you have or or both fsdreamteam-gsx packages in the Community folder as real folders, which is not how we install by default. They are supposed to be Symbolic links so, and if they aren't (they should have a little arrow on the icon), REMOVE both folders from the Community, then start the FSDT Installer, and select "RELINK", then do another update Check.
