Title: Board Crew separately from Baggage

Is there a way to board the crew before starting the baggage loading and passenger boarding? Basically, I would like the pilots and the stewardesses to board the plane separately, prepare the aircraft and then the actual PAX boarding and luggage loading should commence.

Not exactly. What you can do in the GSX settings is set the time delay between the pilots and flight attendants boarding, and then set the time delay between the flight attendants and passengers boarding, but that's about the best you can do for that one.
