Title: Installer error - error deleting temp file

I am getting the following error pop-up twice on trying to update/install v3.0.1

'Delete file C:\users\alex\AppData\Local\Temp\fsdreamteam-gsx-pro-textures.zip.001 failed'

I have version 2.0.7.4 of the installer, and I have tried both updating and uninstalling/reinstalling afresh.  Any thoughts?

- Restart Windows

- Removing this folder:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali\PackagesCache

- Be sure your antivirus is configure to have the whole Addon Manager folder added to the Exclusions.

I've done exactly as suggested but still get these two pop-up errors while installing.

I assume the error is not particularly significant.  I can see the file in the temp folder it is trying to delete, and could delete it myself manually.  Not sure why the installer is failing...

Happy to try any other suggestions you may have though.
