Title: To many Stairs

I'm using the Prosim737 aircraft and when I'm at a parking spot that has no jetways GSX sends a Mid stair to my left engine.  How can I remove this stair?

I don't know anything about the Prosim 737, but just looking at the pic, seems the aircraft isn't configured properly for GSX. GSX might think it's a different model.

Not sure of a solution myself, as again, I don't have this particular A/C. My FBW A320 as well as the PMDG 737's work just fine.
