Title: Deicing Error in FSDT-LSZH .ini

Found an error at FSDT LSZH Deiicing Area C1/C2/C3 (original FSDT.ini): C1 and C3 is reversed. According to Charts, C1 should be in the south and C3 in the north!

Can you please fix this?
