Title: GSX does not want to Activate

Hi

I am trying to use my GSX but it does not want to activate. I am not going to re purchase it.

The key provided does not want to work

did you purchase  the  correct  version  for  msfs  being  gsx pro, make  sure  you type  the  correct  serial number  in  or  just copy  and  paste

I did. It was working all the time. I added a new motherboard in my pc and since then when I open the installer it shows not activated

The version on my mail with key shows 2.6

When I say activate and enter the key it says (Using a QLM key, the activation server returned:) The license key XXX XXX XXX XXX is invalid. Please enter a valid license key

If this is the only email receipt you have, it clearly means you bought the wrong version, since that's a version related to the FSX/P3D version of GSX, which is called "GSX".

The one and only version for MSFS is called "GSX Pro" and the version indicated on the purchase receipt is 3.0, see here for instructions what you need to do if you really bought the wrong version:
