1. When I change the GSX options and select "OK" or "Apply," loading will continue and the option change will not be applied. Perhaps it is due to the fact that selecting them terminates the operation of Couatl.
2. In the sound settings, none of the output destination settings are set to "none" and no settings can be made, nor is there any output.
I installed 2.8.7. Please let me know the correct cause and solution.

Have you observed this? Meaning, the Couatl icon disappears or needs to be restarted? If yes, it would be useful to check your diagnostic log.

I did indeed check in the task manager and I have to restart Couatl to solve this problem. The "Enable Diagnostic Logging" also causes problems when I try to apply it, and the logs are not output and cannot be checked.

There might be an error in your .INI file, just remove it and try again:

I tried that but it didn't solve the problem. I also tried reinstalling the FSDT installer and GSX but still no luck.

Then you should provide your log, made according to the instructions in the Sticky thread "How to report a problem", it explains how to enable logging even if you can't start GSX or, like in your case, the problem happens in the enable logging page.

I have been waiting a long time already for your help. In the meantime I have tried many things, including live updates and offline installers, but none of the problems are ever going to be resolved.

Your problem seems to be caused by the Japanese Windows language. Try changing this option:
