Title: Can't scroll the Universal Installer.

I can only see what I would say is the first page of products in the Installer. I cannot scroll down to install others I have bought. I can partially see ZRH but I can't get to KORD and KEYW to install.

You can scroll it with the mouse wheel.

No, I can't. There is no bar on the right side to "grab" and scroll nor does the mouse wheel scroll. It's like the list of products is forever cut off. I cannot download my YVR, ZUR, EYW, or ORD. The only ones I can get are GSX, CLT, SDF, and IAH which are at the top .[img]

You can be sure the mouse wheel works. Be sure the scrollable window is in focus, for example by left-clicking on a product.

Tried it before and again, it doesn't work....is there a way I can download KORD outside of the installer?

You can be sure it works, and you are the one any only reporting a problem with it. Try again:

- Left-Click on the space which shows the product and the version.

- You should see the product being highlighted with a lighter shade of blue, which is the cursor.

- Once you see the cursor, scroll the mouse wheel down.

Hello.
I have exactly the same problem. Can't scroll or navigate. Yes FSDT Installer is main focus. And it's impossible to me to activate nor install Chicago O'Hare V2 for MSFS and Key West International for MSFS.

Succeed with the arrow keys.
