Title: GSX desable by using settings

Hi;
I know this topic has been replied to before. I have followed all instructions about exclusions on firewalls and antivirus. I'm still getting the same message, and the GSX is not working.

Could anybody please explain how to resolve this issue?

Please clarify if this happens on specific airports, and which ones.

hello Umberto,

I had asked in another post - i'll add it here since this is more recent... I have friends who use the American ports - CLT and ORD and it's the same issue.

Are you aware what is the root cause for this to happen?

All right, so it's the friends using two FSDT sceneries. Just tell your friends to verify their license for these sceneries has been activated.
