And a strobe light is not supposed to blink that fast. Take a look at this vid:

Cool Cool. But you are missing the point. Porting over FS9 PMDG to FSX has a side effect involving the strobes. So that is normal for that type of port. :)

I also have the Cloud 9 Scenery for Orlando International it really is OIA. I have been to the real OIA and you can see that everything including all buildings and gates and the parking garages are exactly the same. I also wanted to know if you are aware that Megascenery Earth makes an excellent photo scenery for the approach to OIA.
