Title: deboarding passenger animation

Some times, i do not see passenger animation while deboarding. Some times it works very well while some times it does not. It is irrespective of third party airport, airbridges are connected to the door. I see that passenger deboarding count starts and is very fast and no animation. For all third party airports jetway exclude option is ticked. Am i doing anything wrong?

If you see fast boarding on a gate with a jetway, the reason is one of these two:

- You haven't disable the GSX replacement jetway for that airport. Be sure you have done that.

OR

- The jetway is connected, but not completely. In some cases, there might be some gap left and GSX detects this so, if the jetway didn't connect properly, it will give you a warning that passengers won't be visible.
