Title: The GSX menu has been loading, why cannot it be completed?

After resetting the computer system, both MSFS and GSX were reinstalled.  When entering the game, click on GSX and the message 'Loading gsx Menu, please wait... ' will appear.  It has been loading and cannot be completed.  What is the reason for this?

I cannot reproduce the problem but, there's a Sticky thread in this very section of the forum named "Couatl engine hasn't started - How to report a problem", so you should provide a log according to those instructions.
