Hello! Yesterday I installed the Baku scenery. And I was surprised to find that ground services are represented by russian operators. Of course, I don’t know how users from Azerbaijan feel about this, but this annoys me, as a citizen of Ukraine

I don't know what you are trying to say here but, you posted on the 16th, and you are ALREADY complaining not having got a reply in only one day ? This is a forum, it's NOT a chat line, you can't just expect or demand immediate replies.
About your issue, a constructive suggestion would have been doing what other users from Ukraine asked last year, I suggest checking the dates, the first post asking this dated August 29th 2022:

And sure enough, we added the suggested Ukrainian operators ON THE NEXT DAY, and what I find even more disturbing, is YOU posted there as well, so you KNOW we responded with the utmost speed to this matter, have you just forgot that ?
So, it would have been helpful, exactly like you and others did last year, to provide some pointers suggesting some operators from Azerbaijan, which would make adding them way easier.
