Is there a list somewhere to download of abbreviations of the GSX Codes on Groundhandling firms and Catering firms ?

You can figure out the handlers by checking the following files:

\Addon Manager\texure\rules_handling.cfg
\Addon Manager\texure\rules_catering.cfg

The code is the section name in square brackets. I also suggest reading the last pages of the manual, which explains how the scoring system works.
