Can I apply my recent purchase of GSX for P3D to MSFS...or do I have to buy it again!

Sorry, but there's no update from GSX to GSX Pro.

GSX Pro, which is a new version that took lot of time to be made, with hundreds of models and textures remade from scratch so no, you are not purchasing the same thing.
