Title: Feature add : Option to enter follow me car route for taxing

This would be nice feature if developer can add option to manually enter route for taxi.

You mean asking the route for the follow me car each time, like the quick edit pushback ? That would be a bit cumbersome, since the path can be very long and, of course, a pre-planned path won't work, because it would be only valid for one starting position and one destination.
