Title: Option to disable crew boarding question

I'd like to have the option to disable the question when requesting boarding if you want to board flight attendants and crew. For me, I've never selected anything else besides neither.

To expand the request slightly, I think it would be great if "request crew boarding" and "request passenger boarding" (or however you wanted to word it) were completely separated in the GSX menu to be requested separately.

Either of those options would be fantastic.
