Title: Airport Customization can't read parking list

The parking editor is not working,parking list is empty.

Same here when I try to modify EHAM profile downloaded from flightsim.to. A workaround is to go to the Control panel - region - Administrative tab - Language for non-Unicode programs and change it from Chinese (Simplified, China) to English (United States). But I hope that devs can fix it permanently.
