Title: dont see passengers boarding

I have a problem,
if I click on boarding then the luggage will be loaded but there will be no bus and only at the back entrance will there be a staircase. I do hear a voice that says that the passengers board. what am I doing wrong???, have already deleted the program several times and reloaded it again. but it remains the same. also have the latest update.
