Title: Engines start before pushback failure: MSFS2020 Fenix A320

Greetings,

Using the Customize A/C dialog, I have specified that I want to be able to start engines before pushback.

GSX does not offer the pushback as expected w/ engines running ("...stop engines to request ground services").

Suggestions?
