Title: Option to disable follow-me option?

I know some people use the follow-me option, but in reality, in the real world, it's not used that often. With most IRL flights have tablets, with charts, as well as us simmers, there isn't a need for a follow-me car to lead me to a gate. Would be nice if there was an option, to disable this. It's just an extra step when selecting a gate, that I always have to click no on...

Just always click No, it's that for that reason.
