Title: GSX zip failed message

Greetings all, recently bought and tried to install GSX, I'm having an issue, I get a message saying...

"Delete file C:\Users\my name\AppData\Local\Temp\fsdreamteam-gsx-pro.zip.001 failed"

I don't know what this means or how to fix it so I can run GSX. I have tried to install it several times, same message (except zip numbers increase) Any help would be appreciated. TY

The message about not being able to delete such file is not really a problem but, do you also have a previous message in the log saying the file couldn't be downloaded ?
