Unable to download latest version. Addon Manager.exe Fails with File incomplete.

Addon Manager.exe is the latest Offline installer. I tried the link now, and it works fine with no issues. Try clearing your browser cache, and/or try both the Mediafire links and the Google Drive link.
In any case, the Offline installer should only be used as an alternative way to download the latest code fixes and ONLY one ONE case: if you suspect your local cloudflare node hasn't been updated, which can be noticed if you see the normal Updater always downloading the same files, over and over. Files other than the one that are always supposed to be downloaded, as explained in the Offline installer Sticky thread.
And, the Offline installer should be used as an addition to the normal updater NOT as replacement. You should always run the Live Update first and then ( and ONLY if you suspect you are not getting the latest updates, as explained above ), try the Offline installer.
