Title: Short sleeves in Winter?

This is so not a major item, but more for immersion of the sim. I was at gate getting baggage loaded in Chicago noticing some ground personnel had on short sleeve shirts in -10c temp. LOL! Could there be a way of dressing these poor people using weather conditions?

Indeed, noticed the same in snowy northern Finland  :D  might be a good idea for a future "misc minor items' update to dress pax according to a temperature range.

GSX already support characters based on outside temperature, and this is already valid for the Marshallers.

Obviously, extending this to each and every character in GSX, will take a very long time, to model different variation of each character for different seasons. Considering GSX for FSX/P3D had a life span of about 10 years, we have time.
