Title: Change to push back

Just done two fenix flights from egaa, but starting at different gates. Both after latest update.
Both did not offer the tail left or right pushback option, which I usually find the most useful. Instead there was straight back, or end up pointing in a certain direction which was totally wrong!
Has something changed?

Nothing has changed in the pushback.

The Left/Right option appears depending on the following conditions:

- If there's no GSX profile set it otherwise, it will be taken by the Pushback preference in the scenery itself.

- If you don't want GSX to rely on the scenery itself, you can set the "Always ask for Pushback" option in the settings, which will consider all parking positions to be set as "Both", everywhere.

- If there's a GSX profile, the available options will be set by the profile itself, which can decide to set it to Both, Left only, Right only, or None, which means only the straight pushback will be available.
