Title: Is there an option to set default behavior to always/never board crew and pilots

I think I read somewhere at some point there's an option where you can choose if you always/never want to board crew and pilots. To avoid having to respond to that question on every flight but haven't been able to find it.

Anyone knows?

would be great to have that, I don't think to make this optional is too complex?

Have to wonder why,  - I start on the plane, and have already boarded. please consider option to turn it off.

You already have such option: just select "Nobody" or just "Crew" when Boarding. I guess the OP asked it there was an extra option to ALWAYS skip Pilots/Crew boarding/deboarding, so you won't have the always reply to the menu.
