I recently acquired the GSX Pro, I have installed it but the menu appears as in the alleged photo, I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and other things but it does not seem to work, what could I do?

Yes, and reinstall GSX and, possibly, Deactivate it and Reactivate it again.

What you do mean "losing" ? Have you lost the purchase receipt email already ? Even in that case, there's a way to get a copy, the "Get your Keys" button.

I don't know if it's normal but when I became administrator, I opened the FSDT installer but GSX was indicated as uninstalling, so I reinstalled it (gave the activation key that I didn't lose fortunately), and I'm trying to see if it works

That's exactly what I said you should have done, see my previous answer:

After the activation, you can put it back to Standard, but you might not know if there might be other cases or other software that might have similar issues.
