Title: Request deboarding or jetway do not work

Hi, I've had the problem I wrote in the subject for a few weeks: when I arrive at a gate, I park perfectly and turn off the engines. Then I ask for the jetway to be connected (or I click request deboarding directly) and nothing happens.

To get everything working I have to click restart coutal.

Any advice on how to fix this problem?

Does the same jetway (with the same airplane, parked exactly in the same position) works if you call it from the default ATC menu ?

I've never used the ATC menu, and until a few weeks ago it worked perfectly.

Anyway I will try

The reason why I asked to try with the default ATC, was to TEST if the jetway there really doesn't work.
