I have this error trying to install for the first time, see attachment.

That error indicates you have a problem with one of the Windows C++ redistributables runtimes, which is usually due to a Windows install problem, since on a fully updated Windows 10/11 system, they should be there.

Of course, the GSX manual cover for this eventuality, at Page 74, the Troubleshooting chapter, with a link to download the runtimes, which I'll copy here:

Be sure you restart Windows after installing the update. Also, be sure your Windows is also fully updated.
