Hello, I'd like to know how to get rid of the GSX VDGS when it's available for a third part airport such as Aerosoft EBBR.

Assuming you mean the VDGS that are put there by a custom GSX configuration.
Open the Airport editor, select all positions that have a VGDS and set them to "No parking system"
