A quick question:

in futre updates will the paasengers have coats/umbrellas etc ? dependant the weather , or to hard to implement

No, it's not hard to do at all, and GSX already supports multi-seasonal clothing for characters, used in Marshallers. However, it's the actual modeling that will take time.
