Title: Disabled Save button on aircraft edit selector window

The disabled Save button confused me for a while before I found in the manual that it auto saves so it's not needed. Perhaps it could be removed to avoid further confusion?

The auto-save is only in effect when the airplane is edited in 3D, edits made only in the 2D dialog are not auto-saved, so the Save button enables/disable itself to show you made a change, this is the same in the scenery customization page.
