Title: Decided to give GSX another chance, and I'm still having the same issues.

I recently decided to reinstall GSX and try to fix the issues I was having, but I'm still having the same issues, the main one being couatl scripting engine hasn't started, how do can I verify I'm on the latest version? I thought this was fixed ages ago.
