Good evening!
Is there a way to customize the jetway advertisements?

No, because jetways aren't created dynamically, they are pre-compiled into .BGL files, so we couldn't have the same customization features we had in FSX/P3D, which were possible since we used SODE there, and created jetways programmatically.
