Title: Reading time in Simbrief
Post by: dc9116 on September 23, 2022, 05:23:25 pm
I get errors (past departure time) when the time is before the current time, but the date is the next day.

Say UTC is 22:00 hrs 9/1/2022.  I set simbrief departure time to be 01:00 hrs 9/2/2022.  I get the error that the departure time has past.  If I set the departure time to 23:30 hrs 9/2/2022 is shows that I have 1:30 hours before departure instead of 22:30 hrs til departure.

Looks like GSX isn't reading the departure date properly.

Thanks for any advice to correct my issue.

Yes, we are aware of this, the date is not even read, which will cause problems if your ETD crosses into the next day, we'll look fixing this in an update.

for a "go around" it would be nice to have and/or:

a setting - not to look for the departure time
an option to continue no matter if its ok or not
a visual feedback - like the time for departure on the GSX window - also good to see how much time we have

thx!

Is there, in the GSX VGDS, as in real life.
